1. Processing Times
All orders placed through Hydrova Blast go through a preparation and verification stage before shipping.
Processing time: 1–3 business days.
During this period, your order is validated, the package is prepared, and a tracking number is generated.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
Once processed, your order will be shipped and typically arrives within:
5–12 business days on average.

3. Order Tracking
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

4. Address Changes
If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes to the delivery address.

We are committed to investigating the issue and, if applicable, will offer an appropriate solution, including a replacement shipment when necessary.
6. International Shipping
We currently ship to most countries in Europe, North America, and selected international destinations.
If your country does not appear during checkout, please contact us to confirm shipping availability.
7. Undelivered Packages
If an order cannot be delivered due to reasons outside Hydrova Blast’s control (incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts, recipient unavailable, or package refusal), the customer may be responsible for additional reshipping costs if they wish to receive the package again.
